Knowing that he was referring to continuous improvement of competence and personal development, one could ask: where to find the time for that? We expect employees and the organization to be prepared for the future, but we grant bonuses and rewards not for the path to excellence, but for excellence itself. So how do we create a work environment where not only can everyone declaratively shoot themselves to the top, but also one where they find the time to do so? Robotization of white collar jobs also known as robotic process automation technology goes in the favor of a busy employee and I will talk about it during my presentation.
