The covid-19 pandemic has forced the digitization of many areas of the economy. We often talk about working from home, teleconferences on "zooms" and "teams", but we rarely hear about how and what the digitization forced by the pandemic has done on offline employees (so called "blue collars" ) I will share my experience and observations.
