  • the subjects of the processed data are entitled to request the data controller to provide access to their personal information in order to rectify, delete or restrict that information, or the right to object to the processing, unless the correspondence is related to the matters of determining, pursuing or defending of claims.
  • the subjects of the processed data are entitled to file a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority or the supervisory authority of any other European Union member state competent for the place of residence or work or with respect to the location of alleged violation of the GDPR.
  • although providing personal data is voluntary, it is necessary to register correspondence and respond to correspondence, as well as to address the any case, provided that the correspondence contains such authorized request. If the data is not provided, correspondence will not be processed.
