Designing e-learning trainings for a multi-culture environment - experiences from a multi-cultural university

More and more often in Polish companies, one can witness the training of employees from different countries. They are prepared to work with clients from different cultures. In this context, intercultural communication becomes one of the important tools in training design. In the training addressed to recipients from many different countries, particular attention should be paid to such elements as narration, colours, symbolism, or the way of motivating participants, which may significantly differ, depending on the cultural context.
