What does the training of JUDO Olympians have to do with training in large organizations? In a few words, we will present the concept of Training Reinforcement, which significantly improves the acquisition of new knowledge and the application of new skills in practice, by turning a one-time training event into a several-month development program supported by new technologies and a well-thought-out methodology (developed ienc. during the Preparation of Olympic Dutch judokas). During the presentation, Dr. Marcin Sakowicz will talk about the project of the Academy of Management in Administration, where a training reinforcement program based on this methodology was used. What was the program, what did the participants gain, and what experience did they gain before the next edition of the Academy.
