In accordance with an obligation to provide information pursuant to art. 13 GDPR pursuant to art. 13 of the European Parliament and European Council (UE) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to personal data protection and on free flow of such data as well as the annulment of 95/46/WE directive (GDPR) we inform that:

a. The controller of personal data is Digital Learning Center Ltd. with its registered office in Warsaw, 7 Algierska st., 03-977 Warsaw.

b. Personal data are processed in order to enable participation in the free E-learning Fusion conference organized by the data controller on 28.11.2022.

c. Personal data are processed in accordance with the consent granted.

d. Personal data will be transferred to other recipients, i.e. partners providing technical services, event sponsors / business partners, telecommunications companies, companies providing hosting services

e. Period for which personal data will be stored: until consent is withdrawn.

f. The person whose personal data are processed is entitled to demand data controller to give access to the personal data concerning a given person, their rectification, deletion or restriction.

g. The person whose personal data are processed is entitled to withdraw the consent at any time, without any impact on the compliance with the right to process, which was effected in accordance with the consent prior to its withdrawal, which may be conducted through the contact with data controller.

h. The person whose data are processed is entitled to file a complaint with the Polish supevisory authority or the supervisory authority of another European Union member state competent for the place of residence or work of the data subject or with respect to the location of the alleged GDPR violation.

i. Providing personal data is voluntary, is not a statutory or contractual requirement or a condition to conclude a contract. Providing personal data is not obligatory. There are no consequences of not providing personal data apart from the fact that, participation in the E-learning Fusion conference will not be possible.

The controller of personal data is Digital Learning Ltd., 7 Algierska st., 03 - 77 Warsaw. Personal data is processed for marketing purposes. The data subject has the right to request the data controller to access, rectify, delete or limit personal data, as well as the right to transfer data and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority or supervisory authority of another European Union Member State. I consent to the processing of my personal data of Digital Learning Center Ltd., Algierska 7 st., 03-977 Warsaw, in order to be able to participate in the free Expo Elearning-Fusion 2022 r. organized by the administrator on 28.11.2022, under the conditions specified in the Regulations. Before giving this consent, I was informed that the consent may be withdrawn at any time, and that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.  

I consent to the processing by Digital Learning Center Ltd., Algierska 7 st., 03-977 Warsaw, my personal data in the form of an e-mail address for the purpose of sending me marketing information regarding products and services offered by the data controller by means of electronic communication, pursuant to the provisions of art. 10 sec. 1 and 2 of the Act on the provision of electronic services

I consent to the processing, including sharing, by the Digital Learning Center Ltd., Algierska 7 st., 03-977 Warsaw, my personal data, including e-mail address, in order to send me marketing information regarding products and services offered by the event sponsors / business partners of the data controller by means of electronic communication, in accordance with the provisions of art. 10 sec. 1 and 2 of the Act on the provision of electronic services.
